A guided educational tasting that highlights traditional dishes and the iconic pairings that go with them.

We'll be exploring the "why" behind choosing which wine flavor profiles complement which food flavor profiles and help you take the guesswork out of finding marriages that sing (instead of fight) on your palate.

Once again, this will be presented as a seated educational experience. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. There will be small bites of holiday classics available, but it is not intended as a substitute for dinner.
