1982 | Mauro’s life-long dream comes true. It’s the first harvest of Barolo Conca which, thanks to his efforts, shows the great potential of La Morra vineyards.
1990 | The company has grown stronger. Mauro takes advantage of his background in agronomy to purchase new vineyards in the best locations, such as Berri, on the western slope of La Morra.
2003 | Matteo Molino, Mauro’s first born, enters the company. He mainly takes charge of production, in which he strives to enhance the identity of each individual terroir.
2008 | Martina Molino, Mauro’s second born, joins the team in the sales office. She’s the ambassador of the family wines, which she loves promoting with passion all over the world.
2015 | It’s the beginning of a new adventure. From selected vineyards in Costigliole d’Asti, Grandfather Giuseppe's homeland, the second generation releases its first new project, Barbera d’Asti DOCG Leradici®.
2018 | The family acquires new plots of land in the village of Guarene to produce Nebbiolo, his flagship wine, and celebrates the 40th anniversary of the foundation of the company.
2022 | Martina and Matteo produce their first Barolo Riserva and dedicated it to their parents Mauro and Maria Luisa.
We will be welcoming Cristiano Borra of Mauro Molino Winery to our Community Tasting on Friday, February 27, from 4-7pm. He will be presenting a beautiful selection of their Italian vintages and sharing more about their family-run vineyards.
