Deep Dive into Burgundy Class Series

Deep Dive into Burgundy is the first class offered in our "102 Series". In order to enroll, completion of the Wine 101 course is required.

Held over four consecutive Tuesdays, this course guides discerning wine lovers through the layered beauty of Burgundy—France’s most intricate and storied wine region. From the purity of pinot noir in the Côte de Nuits to the refined expression of chardonnay in the Côte de Beaune, each session unveils the connection between terroir, tradition, and taste.

Participants will learn to read labels with confidence, decode the AOC system, and appreciate the nuances that distinguish Grand Cru from village wines. Through guided tastings, immersive storytelling, and elegant visual cues, the course brings Burgundy to life—not as a place of mystery, but as a region of endless charm, clarity, and drinkable elegance.
